The portions are way too different from guy yo guy, I asked both in waffles to the first guy and the the second guy came and start making mine with such attitude, not much in it and didn’t even confirm where you put the ice cream in. Such an awful employee and place. Not my fault that he was tired and in bad mood.

Do not recommend! The employees are incompetent! They messed up not just one but both mine and my wife's orders. Hers had to be completely remade and then when they did mine I asked if a certain topping was extra and when they said yes I said nevermind I dont want it and the girl proceeded to add it anyways and when I confronted her she looked at me like she was helpless and didn't have anything to say and when I told the cashier lady she added the extra topping I didnt want and charged me for it, she didnt seem to care and kept the charge on there. No responsibility taken for their messup. As far as the food, both mine and my wife's cones were so hard and stale that they weren't edible. It was hurting our teeth to even try and bite into them so we had to throw them away after a few bites. Wayy overpriced and not worth the money. The employees were too busy singing tunes about getting tips well the only tip I have for them is spend less time on your awful tunes and worry more about your product and your customers.

The lady working was so friendly and the place was so clean and oh my gosh was it amazing I could have plant based deliciousness with so much less guilt and the walk. It took me to get there was so worth it. I definitely recommend it to tourists as well as us locals.
